Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your MAGFAST products in their original packaging, including all cables and accessories, to ensure full credit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
